Hi, Grace Bible Church!
Here’s a brief rundown of what’s coming up over the next days and weeks at Grace:
Pick up a free Acts Scripture Journal at the Info Booth! From the publisher: ESV Scripture Journals pair the entirety of individual books of the New Testament with lightly lined blank pages opposite each page of the biblical text, allowing readers to take extended notes or record insights and prayers directly beside corresponding passages of Scripture. This edition features the book of Acts, and is thin and portable—great for personal Bible reading and reflection, small-group study, or taking notes through a sermon series.
Our Community Groups are meeting again in various locations throughout Bend and Sisters! If you have not yet connected to a group, we’d encourage you to check out the flyer and map available at the Info Booth, or click the link below for helpful information on the different groups.COMMUNITY GROUPS
Beginning October 6th, we’ll have the opportunity to provide Christmas gifts for the children of Orphanages of Kenya, one of our supported missions. Stop by the display in the foyer to find out more and choose a gift tag for a child. Thank you for helping to support this wonderful ministry to orphans!
Grace Women’s Ministry would like to invite women to a new weekly informal gathering to help us better get to know our sisters at Grace Bible Church. We’ll walk at Pine Nursery Park, starting on the east end by the soccer fields on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. Come if you are a fast walker, come if you are slow. Feel free to bring children or pets. If you have any questions, please contact Heidi at 541-241-6367.

September Church Planter Highlight | Rick & Ali Reeves
In 2015, church planter Rick Reeves and his wife Ali moved from Nevada to Eugene, Oregon to plant Gospel Community Church. The church will celebrate its four-year anniversary in October of this year. They started the church with six couples, and have seen God multiply them and shape all of their lives since that time. The church has recently moved locations into the heart of downtown Eugene. God continues to multiply them, and they are thankful for the shepherding team that stands beside them and helps to carry the weight of loving and caring for GCC. This next year they hope to focus on making disciples, multiplying their leaders, and gaining traction through new discipleship groups. They also want to see their church actively engaging downtown Eugene, planting roots there, and taking the gospel to their city.
