Hi, Grace Bible Church!
Here’s a brief rundown of what’s coming up over the next days and weeks at Grace:
It’s a new year and we are starting a new Bible study on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11:30. We will be digging into the book of Isaiah and getting together to discuss what the Lord is teaching us. Meetings will be every other week as follows: January 8 & 22, February 5 & 19, March 5 & 19, April 2 & 16. Childcare will be available. Cost is $20 (you can bring the money on Tuesday). Please RSVP to Heidi at email@example.com. Looking forward to growing alongside one another!

Jesus said, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:35). Love is an indispensable quality that must be a part of the Christian life, and is something that all faithful Christians must exhibit. But what do loving relationships really look like? How does love affect how we relate to others in the life of the church? How should love affect our leadership toward others? “Leading With Love” is a conference designed to explore those questions, as Alexander Strauch teaches us what Paul said to the church in 1 Corinthians 13. This conference will show you how the Bible’s teaching on love can help you improve your relationship skills, be more effective in the ministry God has called you to, and help you resolve conflict and division. Whether a leader in the church or not, we can all grow in our love for others. We hope you will join us as we study God’s Word together and learn how essential love is for you and your ministry.Register Here
A message and update from Orphanages of Kenya: One large bag of 12 oz. cans brings us $40, which is 1/3 of a sponsorship for a child. So far we have deposited 2 of these bags as well as some other deposits totaling about $40. We are so pleased to have started this venture, but we need more and more of our church attendees to bring their bottles and cans on Sunday morning after church. Our size church could fill 1-3 bags every week if we all get on board! Thank you for considering this and for supporting Orphanages of Kenya.

January Missionary Highlight | Eddie & Sarah Williams
Eddie Williams is the lead pastor of Bay City Church, a new church plant in San Francisco, CA. Eddie is a former NFL player and is husband to his wife Sarah and father to his three children, Emmanuella, Trevin and Naomi. Eddie is a Bay Area native who, along with his wife Sarah, has a passion to make followers of Jesus and better San Francisco. Bay City Church desires to help fulfill the Great Commission in San Francisco, aiming to see physical and spiritual improvement in the city by helping people trust in Jesus, honor God with their lives, and then helping these disciples make more disciples. Their mission is to tell the world about Jesus, and this is accomplished primarily through preaching and teaching the Bible and committing to authentic discipleship.
