Hi, Grace Bible Church!
Here’s a brief rundown of what’s coming up over the next days and weeks at Grace:
Last Sunday we began a new study in the book of Ruth. We’d encourage you to read ahead in preparation for this Sunday, and to watch the video below to see a synopsis of the story and the various themes.
Are you new to Grace Bible Church? We would love to get to know you better and help you get connected to others. You are invited to join us for a Newcomer’s Lunch on November 11th following our Sunday gathering. Meet the elders and staff, and get an overview of the mission and vision of Grace Bible Church. Lunch will be provided and childcare will be available.REGISTER HERE
Because the City is going to be closing at the end of this year, we are transitioning all online giving over to a new platform called Planning Center Giving. We apologize for the inconvenience of this change, but we believe Planning Center will provide a better user experience in the long run. Please transition over to Planning Center as soon as you can for your online giving to Grace.PLANNING CENTER GIVING

We’re excited to have child dedications coming up again during our Sunday service on December 9th! Child dedications are a time where parents pledge to raise their children up “in the discipline and instruction of the Lord,” and where the church family promises to support the parents in their efforts. If you are interested in dedicating your child, please email Andrew at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope you can join us as we celebrate the birth of our Lord this Christmas! We will have our regular Sunday morning service on December 23rd at 9:30 am, as well as a candlelight Christmas Eve service on December 24th at 5:00 pm. We look forward to celebrating together!
This Sunday we will look together at Ruth 1:6-18, as we continue our study of the book of Ruth. We encourage you to read ahead and come prepared to hear from God’s word.

November Missionary Highlight | Doug & Ruth Harrison
In 2004, Doug and Ruth Harrison were sent to a strategic country in Central Asia to assist in a humanitarian aid project whose primary mission was to introduce isolated people to the name, nature, and person of Jesus Christ. After the completion of the project in 2009, they returned to the United States. Following a short period of service at their home church, the Harrisons accepted a role with their missions agency where God used their spiritual gifts of exhortation, service and discernment to help weary and distressed missionaries to “stay the course.” Since then, Doug has moved into the role of the Director of Technical Resources, and Ruth has continued as the Director of Member Care.
